Tumbling

This is a 60-minute class with a target student ratio of 6:1, encourages instructor guided direction with new lesson plans weekly.  There is a focus on class engagement. taking turns, listening, exploration, skill repetition and enjoyment through movement. Skills include forward rolls, log rolls, bear crawls, jumping with two feet, galloping, donkey kicks, balancing on one foot, cartwheel with hands and feet on a mat.  Other skills: walking on a balance beam, holding a handstand against the wall.
